We dispatch orders Monday - Friday. You'll receive notification via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery to arrive from dispatch.
International ShippingStandard International Airmail delivery is £6.80 per delivery address.
Recorded International Airmail delivery is £12.50 per delivery address.

For international deliveries we are not liable for local customs and sales tax. Your local customs authority may notify you once your order reaches your country and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid by you before you receive your goods. Any customs delay that may occur is beyond our control.

ReturnsUnder the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund including the delivery cost for any item purchased from Poppy + Ted within 7 days of delivery.
Making a Return or ExchangeIf you wish to return an item, please send a request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org - please be sure to include your order number and / or item so that we can easily identify your purchase.
If you require an exchange, please state the product , colour and/or size that you require.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with original packaging and any tags intact. Goods must be unused, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition. We cannot exchange or accept the return of items which have been dismantled, used or soiled. Please make sure that your return is well packed. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit therefore we would recommend that you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office or choose to send the goods by Recorded Delivery.
Delivery charges will apply to exchanges unless the goods are deemed faulty.
If the product is damaged or faulty, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or organise for a return of a full refund. Any damages or defective items must be alerted to us within 7 days of the arrival of your package. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt and contact us should you not be happy with your purchase in any way. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require an inspection, so please retain all packing materials.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the goods back from you and will be made via your original payment method. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount /offer threshold.
Should you be sent a faulty item, we will absolutely reimburse you fully.
