Cancelation 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email woof@popandted.co.uk - whilst we will make every effort to help, we regret that we cannot cancel your order if this has already processed for dispatch (which sometimes can happen within the hour) and you will be required to return the item at your cost.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Refunds: 

You are welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for refund. You must notify us of a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel via email to: woof@popandted.co.uk

Please allow us up to 3 working days to reply to your email and confirm your return - we will send you the relevant returns address to make your return. You will have 7 days from the date we reply to you to ship your returned item(s).

The item(s) must be returned to us in the original condition with tags attached. We cannot accept items where the tags have been removed under any circumstance. Returns made after the returns timeframe, or in an unsuitable condition such as worn/marked/without tags will not be accepted and you will need to arrange collection of your returned goods at your own cost.

Goods must be unused, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition so we recommend a careful indoor try on (clean pups only please!) if you need to try on an item. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in this perfect condition.

Please ensure your return includes your:
- Order Name
- Order Number 
- Email address used to place your order, and if different, the email you contacted us on to request your return.

Exchanges: 

You are welcome to return your item(s) for a store credit or refund to place a new order for the alternative item(s) / size(s) required within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return shipping costs and will need to pay the shipping of the alternative size/item.

We would hate for you to be disappointed if the alternative size required goes out of stock - so please ensure to double, and triple check your sizing before placing an order, you can always reach out to us for help if you are unsure prior to ordering.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit therefore we would recommend that you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office or choose to send the goods by Recorded Delivery for your records. All returns are made at your own cost.

Please allow 7 days for us to process your return. If you have not heard from us after this time, please reach out to us at: woof@popandted.co.uk with your order name and number.

Received a credit note? Credit Notes are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued to you and can only be redeemed in a single transaction for the designated amount or greater, and are not valid to be redeemed with any other promotions. Delivery charges will apply.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives to you damaged or faulty this may be returned for a replacement or full refund (including shipping).
