Shipping:
We ship all orders within 1-2 working days. You'll receive a dispatch notice as soon as your parcel is on its way so you know when to expect it.
Your delivery should be delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch by Royal Mail unless where next day delivery is selected in which your parcel will arrive the next working day (if ordered by 12pm).
In some instances these times may be exceeded by Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail, these delays (if any) are out of our control. Please allow 5 working days to pass before reaching out to us if you have not received your parcel.
We are currently only able to offer shipping to the UK at present. Check back soon for an international shipping update!
Cancelation / Amendments
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately via email woof@popandted.co.uk or call us on 01455 332036 - whilst we will make every effort to help cancel or amend this prior to dispatch, we regret that we cannot cancel or amend your order if this has already been processed by our operations team (which sometimes can happen within the hour) and you will be required to return the item at your cost and/or place a new order.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Refunds:
We will gladly accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for new and unused items. Items returned after this time or in unsatisfactory condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Use the packing slip found inside of your parcel to highlight the item(s) you're looking to return, or help us identify your return by including a note which states your order number, full name and contact email. We’ll email you within 7 days of receipt to confirm your refund!
Returns are at the cost and responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a recorded postage service to ensure your return arrives to us safely. Poppy + Ted cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Item(s) must be in new, unused and resalable condition with all tags intact. We regret we cannot accept returns for item(s) in any other condition so we highly recommend a careful indoor try on (clean pups only please!). Do not remove your tags!
Exchanges:
We are not able to offer direct exchanges at this time. Please follow our returns policy as above to receive a full refund for your item and place a new order for the alternative item / size required.
Measure twice, purchase once. We highly recommend measuring your dog and using our handy size guide prior to purchase to ensure you find the correct size. If you need any assistance please contact our friendly team at woof@popandted.co.uk who will be more than happy to assist you!
It’s helpful to include for us:
- Your Dog’s breed
- Age (so we know if they’re a pup or fully grown)
- Measurements at the points stated on the product size guide
- A photo of your dog (if possible)
In the unlikely event that your product arrives to you damaged or faulty this may be returned for a replacement or full refund (including shipping).
